2. Shipping Policy​

• We ship all over India.

• Please provide a complete and accurate address, including your postal/zip code, to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (additional shipping charges apply).

• Orders will be delivered within 5-7 days. Delivery may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

• Delivery to locations like colleges, hostels, PGs, or schools is at the recipient's own risk. If the parcel cannot be accepted by security or management, we are not responsible for any refunds or returns.

• If the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply, which the customer will be responsible for. We are not liable for any lost or misplaced packages due to an incorrect address, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

• Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and courier partner details. After dispatch, we have no control over delivery. Delays due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control may occur, but no refunds will be issued for such delays.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy​

• Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the item is defective or broken upon arrival.

• To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must submit a raw, unedited unboxing video showing the damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.

• The video must not contain any misleading content, alterations using AI, filters, or morphing.

• The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and once approved by us, either a refund or exchange can be initiated.

• For refunds, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

• For exchanges, a replacement product will be sent to you. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Customers should bear the shipping cost for exchanges.

• Failure to provide the required video proof or submitting the video after 24 hours of delivery, refund or exchange will not be issued.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds only cover the product cost.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Please select your product carefully.

• We do not refund or exchange for size-related concerns.

• No refund will be issued if you reject a prepaid order upon delivery.

• We are not liable for lost or misplaced parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please verify your address carefully.

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
